3. Anwendbares Recht, Verhältnis zur OCSC-Hauptrichtlinie und Allgemeines
Diese Erklärung für die Website oeaberlin.de wird im Einklang mit der „Bekanntmachung des OCSC über die Richtlinie und Praxis zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten, B.E. 2565 (2022)” – der Hauptrichtlinie des OCSC – herausgegeben; die vollständige Fassung ist unter www.ocsc.go.th verfügbar. Da die Website in der EU gehostet wird, gilt zusätzlich die EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO). Maßgeblich sind der thailändische Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) und die DSGVO.
Diese Website dient ausschließlich Informationszwecken. Sie enthält keine Kontaktformulare, keine Kommentarfunktion, keine Registrierung, keine Webanalyse und keine eingebundenen Inhalte von Drittanbietern. Über die nachfolgend beschriebenen Server-Logfiles hinaus werden keine personenbezogenen Daten erhoben.
4. Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf der Website werden automatisch folgende von Ihrem Browser übermittelte Informationen gespeichert: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer-URL, Browser und Betriebssystem, HTTP-Status und übertragene Datenmenge.
Rechtsgrundlage: Erfüllung einer rechtlichen Verpflichtung nach dem thailändischen Computer-Related Crime Act (Speicherung von Verkehrsdaten für mindestens 90 Tage) sowie berechtigtes Interesse am sicheren Betrieb; nach der DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. Diese Daten werden nach 90 Tagen gelöscht oder anonymisiert.
5. Hosting
Diese Website wird bei Leaseweb auf Servern in Deutschland gehostet. Der Anbieter verarbeitet die Logfile-Daten in unserem Auftrag auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.
6. Internationale Datenübermittlung
Für dem PDPA unterliegende Personen stellt das Hosting in Deutschland eine grenzüberschreitende Übermittlung dar; sie erfolgt im Einklang mit den §§ 28–29 PDPA und entsprechend der Hauptrichtlinie des OCSC.
7. SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung
Diese Website nutzt eine SSL-/TLS-Verschlüsselung (HTTPS).
8. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Tracking- oder Analysedienste.

PDPA: Bitte kontaktieren Sie zunächst das OCSC; anschließend können Sie sich an das thailändische Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) wenden. DSGVO: Sie können sich an die zuständige Aufsichtsbehörde, die Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (BlnBDI), wenden.

This notice for oeaberlin.de is issued consistent with the “OCSC Announcement on the Personal Data Protection Policy and Practice, B.E. 2565 (2022)” — OCSC’s master policy — the full text of which is available at www.ocsc.go.th. Because this website is hosted in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies. The governing frameworks are Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and the GDPR.
This website is for informational purposes only. It contains no contact forms, no comment function, no registration, no web analytics, and no embedded third-party content. Apart from the server log files described below, no personal data is collected.
4. Server log files
When the website is accessed, the following information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system, HTTP status code, and volume of data transferred.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation under Thailand’s Computer-Related Crime Act (retention of computer traffic data for at least 90 days), together with legitimate interest in secure operation; under the GDPR, Art. 6(1)(f). This data is deleted or anonymised after 90 days.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted by Leaseweb on servers in Germany. The provider processes the log file data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
6. International data transfer
For data subjects under the PDPA, hosting in Germany constitutes a cross-border transfer; it is carried out in accordance with Sections 28–29 of the PDPA and consistent with OCSC’s master policy.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS).
8. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics services.
9. Your rights (PDPA and GDPR)
Under the PDPA and the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. The full statement of PDPA rights is set out in OCSC’s master policy (clause 17).
10. Right to lodge a complaint
PDPA: please contact OCSC first; you may then complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). GDPR: you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).

สำหรับเจ้าของข้อมูลภายใต้ PDPA การโฮสต์ในประเทศเยอรมนีถือเป็นการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ ซึ่งดำเนินการให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรา ๒๘–๒๙ ของ PDPA และตามนโยบายหลักของสำนักงาน ก.พ.
